4.2 Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

- Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating.

- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.
4.3 Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of winnings, and legal action.
5. Payments, Withdrawals & Virtual Currency
5.1 Certain Services may involve real money transactions or virtual credits.
5.2 All deposits, withdrawals, and payments must comply with applicable financial and anti-money laundering laws.
5.3 WPT Malaysia is not responsible for delays, failures, or third-party transaction issues beyond our control.
5.4 Refunds, if applicable, are issued solely at the Company’s discretion.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and materials available through the Services are the property of WPT Malaysia or its licensors.

10. Termination
10.1 We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or other reasons deemed necessary.
10.2 Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by internationally recognized legal standards.
11.2 Any disputes shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations.
11.3 If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under neutral international arbitration rules.
